Development of STEM-based Integrated Science Teaching Materials Themed "Blood" Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia Abstract Innovations in learning science is needed to answer the needs of the paradigm in 21st century. Innovation in learning science can be achieved with STEM education because STEM education can accomodate STEM literacy and 21st century skills learning. Teaching and Learning involves three important components, namely teachers, students, and teaching materials. Teaching materials is one of the important components in implementing teaching and learning because learning materials provides knowledge and skills that suits with the needs of students. The purpose of this research is to develop a STEM-based integrated science teaching materials themed blood. This research is using Research and Development methods that consisting of analyze, design, development, and evaluation. In development stage, teaching materials is developed by researchers through 4S-TMD methods. This article describes the making components of teaching materials. Development of teaching materials starts with the analyze of curriculum to find overlapping concept then created the integrated design model and alignment indicator achievement of learning. Through indicator achievements, researcher develop the basic concepts related to the theme and related value/skills, that is STEM literacy and and 21st century skills. Through basic concepts, value, and skills, researchers develop concept map, structure macro, and multiple representations. The result is knowledge related to the themed blood that is extent, depth, and appropriate; The concept is correct and build on the blood theme; values/skills that integrated is STEM literacy and and 21st century skills; and bookflow is well organized.
