The Effect of Company Competitiveness on Corporate Performance PT. PCIB Indonesia Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Wastukancana, Purwakarta, Indonesia. Abstract The problem of this research is that the companys competitive strategy has not been well developed, resulting in the threat of newcomers. The purposes of this study are: first, to determine the factors that influence the competitiveness of a company; second, to find out whether competitiveness affects the companys performance; third, provide input to the company the right steps to improve the competitiveness of the company. The object of this research was 178 PCIB Indonesia employees. The method used SEM with Variance Based or Component Based with Software used is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study are: First, the factors that influence the competitiveness of the company are the threat of newcomers, the threat of competitors, the threat of substitute products, the bargaining power of suppliers and the bargaining power of consumers. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the R-square value (R2) is 0.596, which mean that the variables of New Arrivals Threat, Competitor Threats, Substitute Product Threats, Consumer Bargaining Power, Suppliers Bargaining and Company Performance are able to explain 59.6% of changes in the Company Performance variables, and the remaining 40.4% is affected by other factors. Second, competitiveness affects the companys performance at PT PCIB Purwakarta, Indonesia; Third, companies need to develop new products or modify existing products so that they can meet consumer expectations by implementing incentive competing strategies, among others: Market Penetration Strategy, Market Development Strategy, Product Development Strategy.
