Abstract

This study aim is to know the influence of the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices Program, 5P Program, Organizational Commitment and Monitoring / Audit related to Good Manufacturing Practices Program and 5P Program on Employee Performance at PT. Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia.
PLS-SEM analysis consists of two sub models namely measurement model or called outer model and structural model or often called inner model. The measurement model shows how the variable manifest or observed variable represents the latent variable to be measured.
The conclusion is, with the Good Manufacturing Practices Program the company can keep on to maintain the quality of packaging products that used so it can protect the product and according with quality requirements, company employees have the competence and have a clear task to implementing product safety program and the production area building is designed in such a way that it meets food hygiene and protecting products from cross-contamination. The 5P program can keep on to maintain personal and group discipline, keep the habit of disposing of garbage in the right place and also keep the habits of employees to clean all the goods, facilities, and work environment.
