Integrating Ethnoscience into Inquiry Based Learning to Cultivate Scientific Skills and Scientific Literacy Department of Natural Science Education Abstract Education plays an important role in preserving culture and wisdom values by inserting it into classroom activities. Ethnoscience is approach to exchange learning science to a contextual and meaningful learning. This aim of this study is to develop student worksheets based ethnoscience in inquiry based learning which cultivate scientific skills and science literacy. Student worksheet contain articles on ethnoscience, investigation to practice scientific skills, and there are a few questions to cultivate students literacy. The method that is used is research and development (R & D method). Development model used in this study is a model of Plomp that consists of five stages, namely: 1) initial research, 2) Design, 3) realization or construction, 4) testing, evaluation and revision, 5) implementation, while the research was limited to four stage. The instrument used included questioner sheet product validation, observation sheet of scientific skills and scientific literacy test. Whereas validation data and observation sheet were analysed descriptively while the test result was analysed by N-gain score. Student worksheets which integrating ethnoscience into inquiry based learning was validated through an expert validation. The result showed that it have a very decent and be able to apply in science classroom. While the result of scientific skills and N-gain of science literacy showed 86,4 % and 0,73 with high category respectively.
