Rash Modeling Technology in Instrument Validation of Academic Buoyancy of Science Student Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Abstract Rasch model is a technology that uses the principle of opportunity to solve a problem depending on the ratio between the abilities of people and the level of difficulty of the problem. This study aims to determine the validity of academic buoyancy instruments through rasch analysis model to produce a valid instrument. The study involved 79 science students of high school using random sampling samples. The validity of the item item of the instrument is known to be 32 items declared valid through the measure item in the winsteps software by meeting from the minimum standard two of the three item criteria ie: outfit MNQ (0.5 <MNS <1, 5), Outfit ZSTD (-2.0 <ZSTD <2 + 2.0) and PT Measure Corr (0.4 <Pt Measure Corr <0.85).
